Here's a nude study and start on a portrait. The nude study was a bit different than my normal approach, I didn't have much time so really just went for the simple masses and shadow shapes. The portrait is of the same guy who is pictured below with the sax. Unfortunately Im in the same position again and its not ideal. Its pretty much a profile shot, but with a tiny bit of rotation on the head, very tricky to get, but I'll see how it goes. It'll be good practice anyway.
