Heres a portrait I finished recently, its taken 6 sittings at three hours each. I don't think the anatomy is quite right, frustratingly it was one of those things that I just couldn't get no matter how many times I adjusted the image, but I was pleased with the way the jacket came out (that was the best bit to paint) I've been trying to work on flesh tones recently and I think these are a bit more successful in this portrait than some of my previous ones.

This is beautiful! I think you've got some really nice subtle skin tones in this piece and the light on her face is lovely. I'll have to take a closer look at it next weeek! Well done, a fine job (especially with all the jiber jabering)!
